The Apprentice’s Two Options

The term “apocryphal”, coming from Greek, is used to designate something that is kept hidden or out of use, it is also used to name that which is not legitimate, that is outside of what is considered “sacred matter” or “divine inspiration”. The work gathers fragments of a series of censored books, belonging to Cuban authors, nowadays considered top figures of the national literature, others still censored. These fragments have been handwritten by a young writer on the fabric of her pillow.
