In the migratory processes, the migrant leaves with an idea about the home he left behind and longs for the creation of a new one that will provide him with the conditions to achieve his development. In the rest stops, a very precarious form of shelter is produced in the camps, a camping tent or even a suspended nylon. These, together with the place where they camp, will remain in the migrant’s memory in the form of a transitory home. In these camps a mediation is activated with these landscapes, conflictual relationships between the individual-home as temporary refuge, and in this case search for another home-migration. I seek to give a sense to these images of memory, to build a place on the canvas starting from the registration of people’s memories as a basis; and it is not only to build my journey or find a place from the formal processes, but to put something of myself in the construction of a shared imaginary from the migrant, the interpreter (artist) and the viewer.
